RJ45 Design Principles
RJ45 is composed of a plug and socket, the connector consisting of these two components connected between the wires, in order to achieve the electrical continuity of the wire.
At the core of the RJ45 module is a modular jack. Gold-plated wires or socket holes maintain a stable and reliable electrical connection to the modular EMI Finger. Due to the friction between the EMI and the jack, the electrical contact is further strengthened as the plug is inserted. The jack is designed with an integral locking mechanism so that when the modular plug is inserted, the maximum pull-out strength can be produced outside the interface of the plug and jack. RJ45 module wiring module through the "U" shaped trough to connect the twisted pair, locking shrapnel can be fixed on the panel and other information on the RJ45 module outlet.
