Return Notes
1. Make sure that the product looks brand new or does not have obvious physical damage.Keep all the packaging materials and shipping notes, which may be necessary for processing your return request.
2. After sending back the product, please send us the tracking number or a copy of the shipping receipt. This will help us better track your return.
3. A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) application form must be provided to l-p.com, including detailed informaiton, such as buyer`s name, phone NO.,email, address, PO NO., ect.
