Offer and Agreement
A consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that cannot be attributed primarily to his commercial or self-employed professional activity. Entrepreneur is a natural or legal person or a partnership with legal capacity which, when concluding a legal transaction, acts in the exercise of its commercial or self-employed professional activity.
These General Terms and Conditions shall also apply to future business relations with entrepreneurs without us having to refer to them again. If the entrepreneur uses conflicting or supplementary general terms and conditions of business, their validity is hereby objected to; they only become an integral part of the contract if we have expressly agreed to them.
For all orders via our online shop by consumers and entrepreneurs the following terms and conditions apply.
Contracting Party, Conclusion of Contract
The sales contract is concluded with LINK-PP.
By placing an order on our website, we make a binding offer to conclude the contract for these articles. You can add any LINK-PP products into the shopping cart without obligation. The contract is concluded by clicking “proceed to secure payment” in checkout page. It means you accept the offer of the goods contained in the shopping cart immediately after submitting the order, you will receive a confirmation email.
You can correct the order information when orders haven't entered the dispatch process by informing your account manager in advance in written notice. But orders containing customized items or in other special conditions cannot be changed or canceled once they enter “processing” status.
Payment Terms
The sales contract is concluded with LINK-PP.
In addition to the stated product prices, shipping costs will be added, and you need to pay the possible tariff or import fee caused by customs clearance.
We accept the following payment methods.
PayPal
During the order process, you will be directed to the website of the online provider PayPal. In order to pay the invoice amount via PayPal, you have to sign in or register (for a client without PayPal account), identify yourself with your access data and confirm the payment information. After placing the order, LINK-PP asks PayPal to initiate the payment transaction. It will be carried out automatically by PayPal immediately afterward.
Credit/Debit Card
We accept Visa, Master, American Express, Discover, Diners, and JCB Card. We do not add any Credit Card surcharges. However, transaction fee might be charged by issuing bank. You may contact your bank to know more about it.
ATTENTION: Orders by Credit Card can only be made by the cardholder himself. For security reasons, the payment method - Credit Card is only possible with online orders, because only this way a pre-authorization with checking of various security features can take place to protect against card misuse.
LINK-PP INC reserves the right to cancel any order that is recognized as a security problem without notifying you.
Bank Transfer
We accept your wire payment to the bank account specified by LINK-PP. Please find the bank account information on the checkout page.
Usually, funds will be received between 1-3 working days. Before that, your order will remain in pending status. If you need the product(s) urgently, you might choose other payment options like credit card or PayPal.
Kindly Note: All fees charged by the bank due to Bank Transfer should be paid by the buyer. Otherwise, the fee will be deducted from the payment that we receive. Please remark your invoice number when you process the payment. Or please send us the T/T payment advice note with the date and invoice number by an email to service@l-p.com or a call to +86 (752) 3161808.

Purchase orders and credit payment are accepted if customers have a business account approved by l-p.com
The business account special payment terms could apply. Net 7 days,Net 15 days or Net 30 days. The customers must be qualified and enrolled in the Authorized
Terms of Delivery
LINK-PP offers shipping options including FedEx, please proceed to the Shipping & Delivery page to know more about our shipping policy.
The delivery of goods will be delivered to the address provided by the consumer/buyer, and any date of delivery given by the seller (LINK-PP) is only an estimate. All additional fee for changing shipping address or shipping method should be borne by the customer.
Damaged goods during transportation should be notified by the buyer to the seller. And if any delay is caused by the logistics company, please inform your account manager at the first moment. We may guide you about the remedy procedures.
Warranty and Guarantees Claims

LINK-PP's warranty covers all defects in products manufactured by LINK-PP. Only original and unmodified items are covered by the warranty, where damage caused by improper use of said items are not covered.
Damaged items should be returned for evaluation within 30 days. If the item is defected and under warranty, then shipping will be covered by LINK-PP. Our Warranty page covers more on this topic.
Liability
The content of LINK-PP website has been created to the best of their knowledge and belief and has been checked at the time of this writing. LINK-PP asks for your understanding, that nevertheless they cannot guarantee the function, actuality, rightness, completeness or quality of information (our own as well as other authors).
LINK-PP assumes liability for the company and its vicarious agents - without having agreed the amount of damages - if fundamental contractual obligations or common business practices were violated. Liability in such cases shall be restricted to typical, foreseeable damage. There shall be no liability for loss of prospective profits or damage from the claims of third parties against the ordering party.
LINK-PP shall not be liable, outside the obligation to deliver, for slight negligence on the part of its vicarious agents.
Liability of LINK-PP for its own intentional and grossly negligent conduct and that of its vicarious agents, as well as liability under product liability law, shall remain unaffected by the above restrictions to liability. Liability for slight negligence shall be excluded.
Employees of LINK-PP who are active as vicarious agents of LINK-PP vis-à-vis the ordering party shall not be personally liable towards the ordering party in the case of slight negligence.
Liability of LINK-PP, as well as of its legal representatives and vicarious agents, for damage from violation of life, body, or health contrary to duty shall remain unaffected.
Intellectual property rights and Confidentiality
If a third party should assert claims against the ordering party for the violation of industrial property rights, copyrights relating to the supplied products, the ordering party shall be obliged to give immediate notification thereof. LINK-PP shall have the right, if applicable with the support of the ordering party, but at its own expense, to conduct all negotiations for a settlement or any legal proceedings arising therefrom.
If the supplied products have been built in accordance with designs or instructions of the ordering party, the ordering party shall indemnify LINK-PP against all claims, liabilities, burdens and costs that are asserted by third parties due to violations of patents, trademarks or samples. A reasonable advance on any costs of legal proceedings shall be granted to LINK-PP.
LINK-PP shall be obliged to use all knowledge of company secrets and of information that can be classified as confidential it acquires as part of the contractual relationship only for the purpose of implementing this contract. Both parties shall treat all documents and information they receive in and during the fulfillment of a contract with confidentiality and for as long as such documents and information have not become generally known.
These obligations shall also remain in effect after the end of a contract and shall also be imposed on third parties in the case of permitted passing on of documents and information to third parties.
Language of Contract, Saving of Contract Text
The language available for the conclusion of the contract is English.

Reservations of Title
Every item delivered remains under the property of LINK-PP until payment has been made in full. For entrepreneurs, the following shall apply in addition.
We reserve title to the goods until all claims arising from an ongoing business relationship have been settled in full. You may resell the reserved goods in the ordinary course of business. All claims arising from this resale are to be assigned to us in advance - irrespective of any combination or mixing of the reserved goods with a new item - with respect to the amount of the original invoice, and we accept this assignment. You remain authorized to collect the claims, but we may also collect claims ourselves if you do not meet your payment obligations.
Export and Import Licenses
Products and technical know-how supplied by LINK-PP are intended for use and to remain in the country of delivery agreed with the ordering party. Re-exporting of contractual products - individually or integrated in a system - may require the ordering party to obtain a license and shall be subject to the trade regulations of the related country of delivery agreed with the customer. Regardless of whether the ordering party specifies the definitive destination of the supplied contractual products, the ordering party shall be responsible for obtaining any necessary license from the pertinent foreign trade authorities before exporting such products.
Any further delivery of contractual products to third parties by the ordering party, with or without the knowledge of LINK-PP, shall at the same time require the transfer of the export license conditions. The ordering party shall be liable to LINK-PP for the correct observance of these conditions.
